Strange caller. Traced the number and rang it back. They denied all knowledge of calling me.
Said some letter was forwarded back to the sender and there will be some legal action taken against me. I have no idea what this is about

Didn't recognise the number so didn't answer. Rang back on works landline and received an automated message saying I had been contacted by a double glazing company, I think they were called "Crown?". Anyway blocked so hopefully will never hear from them again.
Purported to be Virgin Media reviewing your account to provide the best possible service. They fail on DPA/GDPR as don't seem to understand the principles of validating they are speaking to the account holder. They don't have access to account information such as account numbers, billing area codes etc.

Yeah, these idiots keep calling me too. My advice is to play along and waste their time. I spent hours providing them false contact and banking details. They got really angry when they kept asking me to confirm the account number. It feels so good wasting their time when then had full intentions of wasting myne / whilst trying to rob me blind . Next time the same person called from this number 03302200441, was continusly rude and shouting down the phone, has called us to the count of 37 times from 03/02/2023 to present date 04/05/2023 - the 07951999600 number is listed in the Lady magazine issue 10/2021 under as wanting to buy scarfs.

This number is used by a scammer claiming to be from a company operating a kitchen appliance repair insurance scheme, and offering a refund on premiums due to no claims having been made.
I have recieved 2 calls from this number, both times the person reports to be from Amazon Business and seeking that I set up a business account. Amazon have checked this out and its definitely not them, so must therefore be a nuisance or scam. The person calling knows your name.
