This is apparently a genuine number for FedEx but it's been hi-jacked by a 'BT' scammer using a recorded message saying they've monitored suspicious activity. I cut the call then tried to dial 1471 but the line was still engaged and I had to try a couple more times before it cleared.
Called saying from telemarketing if I gave details they could put a stop to nuisance calls. I said you’re not you’re trying to scam people and not so politely told them where to go.
