I do not answer, but when they leave a message they do not explain who they actually are, nor what it is about. The other number is 01482 618100, which I assume is related to 01482 483281. Fraud - Recorded message - Claiming to be from the National Crime Agency about to supsend my National Insurance number because of suspicious activity.
Fraud call. I spoke to Three mobile and they confirmed that they don't call from this number.
Opus staff continue to harass me for a balance allegedly owed to NPower. (NPower wrote to me, confirming that their bills using estimated meter readings were inaccurate, & that I owed NOTHING> However, Opus continue to phone me & did so again today. I intend to take legal action against Opus & NPower for the distress that their continued harassment has caused me for more than a year.
