Have previously had about three missed calls from this number - just picked up the latest call and they informed me that I d had a car accident at some point since July 2010 - I have never had a car accident, thank goodness. Automated voice call saying my internet connection will be dissconected in 4 hours due to the router being faulty and I should contact my service provider for a replacement. Asked me to press button 1, which i did not do of course. Suspect if i did it would route to a fake call center.
This is a number in Swansea used by TUI. I d called their usual Customer Service number regarding special assistance and this was the number they called me back on. Totally genuine.
