The numbers trace back to a hosting company called Voxlogic. I gave them a call today (0333 002 0000) and spoke to the support team and explained my situation. The man at the other end checked all the various numbers beginning with 0843 724... and said the are registered to a company called Money Help Marketing. People did someone answer this number? I had few missed calls from this one, probably some call centre robocaller testing my number? I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message. I was trying to dig some info on the internet, don't want to call them back until I know who might be calling but no luck. Some idea who is it?

This number is just another one in the same range of similar numbers - 19167199xx - same call centre, mostly reported as a silent call (just testing their database of numbers), sometimes as accident chasers ("Have you been involved in a road traffic accident...?"), or telemarketing offers. I assume this is the same case, blocked it when they called. Did someone speak with some person behind this number?
Avoid like the plague will call in excess of 200+ times and just hang up when answered. When you do speak to some pleb a million miles away they are a joke and ask about accidents, They are located off Renfrew Street in Glasgow City Centre - we have traced the call

This number keeps phoning me and emailing me saying i have £1000 waiting to be transferd to me wen i questioned this on the phone all the woman kept saying was i need your details so I put the phone down and now this morning ive reviewed an email saying about the £1000 waiting for me i just need to send them my bank details and then transfer them £104 AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
Had a call at 11.25 today from this number with an Indian sounding man telling me that my computer had been compromised at around 01:00 this morning and they wanted more information from me so that they could investigate the hacker. He gave his address as British Telecom and, since I don't have an account with them, I thought is sounded very like a scam. The fact that the call seems to have come from India made me very suspicious.
