I had a phone call from this number which gave an automated message saying it was my bank and that there was suspicious activity (someone had tried to spend £300 on amazon and £1600 elsewhere). It said to press 1 to confirm something. I believe it was a scam.

SCAM call from a man with Asian accent who said he was BT Openreach. I asked him if there was a problem with my BT internet. He said yes, how did I know that? I said well why else would you be phoning me? He said it's been running very slow for the last few days to which I replied that it's come to a complete stop because I don't have BT internet. Asked me to give six number code sent to me in SMS from Amazon - This was my two step verification code to change my password. All they need to get this sent to you is your Amazon account linked phone number. I did of course refuse.

I had the same problem ordering from a company called Flawless Cosmetics with this number, they state they are a UK company where in fact they are a drop ship company from China. Do no order anything from this company as it will either take over 2 months to deliver your item or it will not turn up at all. I have tried contacting the company and they completely ignore every message I leave them. WARNING do not use this company. I highly doubt thier products pass any of the UK standards.

Seems like an Indian call centre, have had a few missed calls from several number over the passed few days which I have blocked.
