Eventually they ask you to download anydesk, which is remote access software. Evidently their endgame is trying to obtain personal information. Block the number.

It went straight to a recorded message & said I had been called by the NHS & would call back within 24 hrs. This is not an NHS number! Pressing 9 does not remove number from the call list, pressed 5 instead to speak to an operator (Scott) who promptly put the phone down when I politely tried to have my number removed, redialing the number gets you a recorded message stating the call was sales related and nothing to worry about!
