Before they could ask anything more I told I am not interested as this sounds too good to be true and at the end I might end up wasting time and might give some valuable information.

Answered as was local number. Guy said something about calling back from CCD and went on immediate blurb about Legal& General, I think, and Life insurance. To be honest wasn't sure. I stopped him and asked where he was from again. When he answered and I replied "but I didn't call you" he then proceeded to tell me "Calling back" doesn't just me I Called them first, mumbled something else and hung up! so still none the wiser. Ultimately rude and can only be considered a cold caller.
