Keep calling my elderly parents, never leave a message and the number is unobtainable when I call back.
TAXES / HMRC - obviously recorded/robotic male voice claiming to represent HMRC and telling me to press 1 to be connected, if I don't press 1 a warrant will be issued and I will be arrested. Clearly nonsense and a scam but potentially worrying and so dangerous in my view.

Called today and ulikely to originate from the UK based on the poor line. The person kept using my first name (i.e., Mr A***). She told me she was calling about an accident I d had for which I wasn t at fault. I asked her if that was in the BMW and she said "Yes I think so"...I don t drive a BMW and have never owned one! SCAM I had a phone call from 020 8298 3548 at 3:01pm this afternoon on Thursday 25th February 2021. It was an automated message saying that I had an outstanding balance and an arrest warrant was issued for my arrest and I should press 1 to speak to a representative about it. This is an absolute scam, do NOT call or press 1.
