They called me to sell me some solar panels. I cheerfully agreed to see them in my home tomorrow at 4pm. I live on the 11th floor of a 15 storey building.
They just phoned my elderly father-in-law on his land line and luckily my husband had just arrived at the house when they phoned. They told him that they were the National Crime Agency and that there had been fraud on his bank account. When I said they should get in touch by sending me a letter, the person cut the phone. Trying to prey on innocent people who might fall for this.
