Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 020315006xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with nuisance calls. this number has been calling me several times per day for around 2 weeks, when I answered it was a telemarketing company telling me I had been involved in an accident (I haven t) when I responded with "well you know more about this than I do" the caller hung up and didn t call again so I will definitely be using that tactic in the future
