Impressive customer service I had problems with a meter that was not working which meant I had no electricity for workmen who were meant to be working on the site. Pete, the manager, worked tirelessly to fix the problem. He called me when he said he would on more than one occasion and went way beyond the call of duty. I had a call from 0161 524 5263 but the caller rang off before I could get to my phone. Within seconds the phone rang again, this time showing 020 4538 7049. I thought it all must be some sort of scam so didn't answer and no messages were left.

I never answer my phone whilst at work unless I know who is calling I have blocked this number from my phone several times over the last few months but for some reason it keeps getting through!

SCAM. This number is a pre-recorded message saying "that our internet is going to be cut off in 4 hours due to unusual activity on our IP address press 1 to talk to your internet provider". Didn't press 1 I just hung up. They call many times a day on many different numbers.

Called several times in one day trying to save my business money. Crackly far away voice. Unwilling to listen or offer any company information when asked.
I rang them back with fack name they sujested so i went with it, was on the phone for 21mins before they noticed i was wasting their time. The already had this Sam fellows details on file so i asked if they had big breasts and no the number is off line

Was the usual boilers on benefits call. I engaged for a short time, he asked about anyone being on benefits/pension credits etc. and what type of heating I have. Second call received from this number. The first time they hung up as soon as I answered. The second time, I answered it, the bloke said that they were from "Consumer Helpline ", and "ringing about any finance [I d] taken out in the past ten years and any miss-sold PPI ", as soon as he heard me say that it was an "unsolicited call", and that "I m ex directory", the bloke hung up!
