Got a call this morning from a lady. I could hardly understand a word she was saying. Thick accent and slow sounding voice. I repeatedly apologised for not being able to understand and asked her to repeat herself. She hung up.

SCAM / SPAM Just had automated message from this number claiming that a tax fraud case had been opened against me and that if I didn't press 1 it was likely that I would go to prison! I hung up.
Call went to answerphone and hung up. Called the number back and as with several similar calls from other numbers recently, the number was not recognised. Now blocked but it wasn't a legitimate number anyway.
Claimed to be from BT OpenReach and then hung up!
