When challenged - the lady caller wanted me to push combination of keys on keyboard but by this time I was so frustrated that she hung up because I must have sounded rude. She wanted to show me why/how my connection was insecure. -Didn't give her the chance - being described the CTRL / ALT / DELETE buttons as though I'm a child is not acceptable. Call terminated by caller

Insulation Apparently I was eligible for a loft insulation survey! Hurrah! As soon as the sickly nice caller realised I wasn't in the target age group (50-80 or 80+ were the stated categories), they hung up! Imagine my disappointment......
Man with Asian accent said he was from Microsoft and that I had a serious problem with my computer. Told him to write me a letter and send by post before putting the phone down. He called back three more times arguing with me, telling me to sit in front of my computer and follow his instructions.
