Had a call from this number today 28/11, Regarding a Barclays business a/c, claiming to have sent me a letter - he had not. Some little black urchin from Bongo Bongo land requesting bank details!! Do have a business a/c active, but couldnt tell me a/c nos or where a/c held. Told the little grub to get a job and pack in attempted theft. It defies belief with the telephone technology available vulnerable people cannot be protected from the tactics of human dross.

Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I received a call from this number following posting my car for sale on Gumtree. The caller said he was from a car insurance firm, but really didn't sound like he was, not professional approach at all. I asked him not to call back and hung up. I don't know what he was really after, perhaps a scam, but hopefully I will never find out.
