Asked questions about how I paid my phone bill....bit weird. Could not get sensible answers to my questions. They quoted a long number which was supposed to be by TPS reference, but then referred to Visa card numbers so I hung up.

They called saying they he was Mark Wilson (strong asian accent) and that BT Opeanreach were currently working in the local exchange and that I would need to change my router settings. I said I was not in front of my router and I would need to call him back. He gave the following number 02032907867 and said I should ask for Mark Wilson’s extension. I do not know who they are. All I know is that it is from the centre of Chichester. They do not even leave a text so that I would at least know who is attempting to get hold of me!!! It may be quite innocent, but until I know who is calling as unknown, it is a nuisance. Why should we have to put up with this rubbish, the caller would not like it if this happened to them. I will not call them back incase it is a scam.
