The call is protracted and the caller goes into lots of detail leaving you with the feeling that you have a problem. The caller indicates they can help with the update if they can take control of your laptop .... I stopped at that point.

I am completely covered in scam calls from India where the fact that my number is on a government do-not-call list is completely ignored. Call made by a female with a heavy accent accent, pretending to be from Sky to check your internet connection speed 'because Sky are doing upgrades in your area' She tries to gain access to your phone and laptop by asking you to preform searches and logging onto an unrelated website. After deliberately giving her the run around because it was obvious she was a con artist, I received verbal racial abuse and a threat of violence for wasting her time.
