Looks like this is associated with the scammer on 02080720015 something to do with mobile phone scams. I got a call from them seconds after the call from this number.
Recorded message to say it’s a bank security I just put the phone down I class it was dangerous

I just got a call claiming (falsely) to be from this number, claiming (again falsely) that it was BT Openreach (or something). Indian accent with British name stating he is calling from O2, then said he noticed I'm not O2 and asked how much I pay and said that he could give me a £6 per month deal.
