A person with a strong Indian accent answers and in short they invite you to settle out of court. I suspect that the caller is not UK based but is using some relay of sorts to make calls appear to be UK based. Scammers. They said they were from the Legal protection agency and that I was owed some money from an accident I reported in the last 3 years... they had my full name...Very scary as I never give out my number... how did they get it? Told him I had no idea what he was talking about...he rang off.
