This number calls a LOT especially as I have asked twice to be removed from their database. Excel services wanting to service a dyson we do not have. Just had a call today, VERY rude girl. I told her we had already asked to be taken off the database, we don t have a dyson. She said that s why she s got us down as non-dyson. Call centre: Eastern/Asian accent (UK English speakers don't call you "Ma'am"!) claiming to be from BT Openreach; no preamble about Data Protection or recording calls for security purposes. When I stated that we did not have an account with BT Openreach the line went dead.
Received a call from this number. The man said he was calling from Sky regarding an unpaid bill. The thing was, said bill had been paid over a week ago, which I told him. He then apologized and ended the call. So I guess it s a legitimate. He didn t ask for any personal information and asked for me by name.
