I think this is a boiler room operation, touting for investment. Even after you tell them where to get off, they still call back many times. A boiler room operation is one which hypes "investments" which probably don t exist and you lose your money. Worryingly they knew my name.

It's probably some sort of scam! I have had 4 phone calls today from different numbers in different areas. The last one I researched was Carphone warehouse

"Brian" called from this number. He called me last week from a different mobile (which I blocked) introducing himself as "Barry". I recognised his voice and told him to jog on (words to that effect) so he didn t have the opportunity to tell me again that he was calling on behalf of a creditor who was threatening to take legal action regarding insufficient loan repayments. As other comments - missed call from Guy s and St Thomas hospital (London UK), auto message says they ll call again if it s urgent. I was expecting to hear from them, and it s good that they don t leave a message which could be a security issue.

Was recently called by this number (fifth or sixth time), missed actually answering them but my number is unlisted and covered by TPS, so I believe they're breaking the law...

I had a call off this number and asked for their complaints details. I emailed them at [email?protected] I just had to give them my name and number and they removed me straight away. I haven t had any calls since.

Had a call at approximately 11.10pm that sounded fraudulent. Have a close relative in hospital with a severe heart condition so have been waiting by the phone for urgent news of their status. We have never had a call of this nature on our landline or at this hour and due to the circumstances it has caused enormous and unnecessary distress. Overwhelmed as i write this.
