This number telephoned my mums phone saying about her life insurence policy. My mum passed away a few days ago and I wasn’t aware of a life insurence policy. I explained my mum didn’t have a life insurence policy and she has recently passed away. I was asking for details of the life insurence and he couldn’t answer my question. He apologised and hung up!!! Disgusting! Cold call that triggered me.

SCAM Callcenter claiming to be a solicitor firm offering to add me to their group compensation claim against Mercedes and BMW for emissions defeating devices fitted to cars. I could get thousands of pounds in compensation. Same company uses many other numbers and does not honour cease and desist requests nor do they comply with the Data Protection Act and UK-GDPR requests to remove my details from their Database. Mechanical voice says my Amazon Prime subscription will auto renew unless I press 1. As I do not have Amazon Prime I assume it is a scam. Pressing 1 will probably be a premium rate number or a scammer phishing for info.

Comes up as suspected spam. Guy with an Indian accent said he was calling from a South African call centre on a Manchester landline! Claims he works for a company called UK Tariff that finds out if you're paying too much for your broadband or finds better deals. Thing is this so called company harasses with calls like 24/7 from different numbers most of the day. Hoping you're gullible enough to get to the part where you hand over your bank details. Best way is to report and block if it flags as spam.
