I had a Call earlier and no-one spoke so I hung up then added them to the Voicemail List on my Phone, but then they managed to Call again! Maybe my Phone can t take so many contacts which go to Voicemail, and I don t use Voicemail.

SCAM, utterly laughable scam. Idiot arseholes claiming to be from the HMRC as there's a 'fraud case against me' (they don't mention your name). If I don't press 1 or not get in touch with an 'officer' a warrant will be issued immediately and they'll come and arrest me right now!!! Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha h ha ha ha ha come on then come and arrest me you bell ends. ???? If you get a phonecall from the 'HMRC' stating this rubbish, have a little giggle and end the call.
Other practices at Link Financial Outsourcing Ltd which need looking at is their contempt for the Data Protection Act. When Link contact you they might ask you to give them a reference number which they have previously left on your answering machine. The fact that anyone with access to your phone also has this information invalidates it as a security question. Other security questions might be to ask you for your date of birth. Missed call - voicemail was left by an automated voice with no company details given at all, just a rather threatening voicemail advising beginnings of Lawsuit!!

calls & rings off with no message - disturbes me when I am ill and not up to searching for the phone. it should be made unlawful to ring and leave no message, so one is left guessing, and I refuse to give them the satisfaction of ringing back, although it leaves me anxious in case missed something urgent!
