I need to know if these people are scammers I I answered the phone and the lady called and said that it is regarding an insurance taken out on a television Three years ago.

Obviously a (badly) spoofed number. London numbers don't start with (020) 1xx, only 020 3xx, 020 7xx, and 020 8xx.

Silent call, put the phone down on them, they called back and insulted me!

Answered the phone and got a recorded message (male, English voice) "our records indicate that you were injured in an accident within the last three years, press 5 to speak to an operator". I pressed 5 and initially heard an office environment then was cut off. On ringing back, I heard the ringing tone but it almost instantly changed to an engaged tone. Don t know who this company is, but they need stopping.

Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! They re reason being because there is damage on the back panels, which they already knew about and had already offered me 2100 over the phone. Absolute waste of time all around. I get at least one call every day, despite being with TPS. The calls are silent. I am also ex-directory. Please, anyone getting calls from this number, make a complaint to Ofcom. With enough complaints they will investigate and can levy a lovely big fine
