Like other reviewer, I had the same call today from a lady with a very strong accent and could not understand a word she was saying apart from hearing 02. Told her I wasn't with 02, she said you are, (I think). Put the phone down and blocked it. Does make me laugh when these spammers try to tell you, you have a product when you don't, do they really think we are that stupid!!

As I am a Housing Rights Worker for Shelter, I am well aware of how to get repairs actioned. They went silent when I explained this. Told them we didn't have it so he progressed to to say the Government site said we did and how did i know that we didn't and they weren't trying to sell anything. Someone from "London stock exchange" several phone calls a flday for the last week. Last guy I spoke too called me a "motherf***wring c***" so I assume they aren't an actual company.

Well spoken female called back after getting cut off. Said they checked my fuse box ten years ago and wanted to do another free check. Asked me to go to the fuse box. I said it was difficult to reach and it was a consumer unit with circuit breakers. She said in that case no need for a check. Obviously if they'd checked ten years ago they would know what equipment I had. Why I continued to engage with her was we had circuit breakers changed by the makers of the consumer unit as they had found quality issues.
