This is the UK version of a scam running amok in the US. The supposed company, microsoftechs.com, contacts people and claims there is an issue with their computer. The claim to be partnered with Microsoft and gain confidence with all the classic scam talk. If you do get scammed, they will access your computer via remote access, go through your email, install software and who knows what else. A fraudulent text charging £4.50 per received message. Identified by O2 as belonging to a company overseeing similar companies (all located outside the UK) called Oxygen 8 with a phone number of 03333137900. This is an automated service where you can enter your mobile number to be unsubscribed, hopefully. This message is posted in response to a second occurrence despite taking the above action.
