This number is used to scam people out if money on Whats App. It will pretend to be a family member and ask you to talk on What’s App only and then ask to lend money for Christmas presents because they have been locked out of their banking app. Always ask for information that will verify that you are actually talking to your family member or they will play a clever game and scam you out if your cash. They tried to get £940 off me!! This has been reported to What’s App.

Just had a call from this number claiming to be from my mobile provider. Very aggressive manner, extremely pushy, didn t ask if I had time to speak to them. Fraudulent call purporting to be from HMRC regarding them having terminated my national insurance number.

recorded womans voice saying that due to illegal activity my internet connection would be cut off in 24 hours and saying to press 1 to speak to their chief executive, which of course I did not. second call in less that an hour. There has not been any illegal activity on my internet connection and I am certain if there had been then my internet provider would have contacted me directly.
