Wasn t happy when started to ask for relatively minor details (address/post code) so caller advised not prepared to discuss further. Asked about a car accident, I asked what accident they said they would tell me and proceeded to ask me again if I had been in a accident. Thick script readers who can t think for themselves.

Cost trap called back to a recorded message, I disconnected after 3 seconds and got charged 41p. Message said in a computer voice that its the local boiler cleaning company... Don t think so
