I had a call on 1/30/2023 from 44+ 0141 628 5948 and the phone number I was a scam they was trying to see what company I was with on my sim card and they was trying to get my bank details because they said my iPhone been hacked and I need a new one and they wanted my bank details.
Says it’s Nat West Bank ? Did not know they had a bank in Russia.
In order to keep my money safe and have access to it anytime I want without having to go to the bank, I choose to invest in bitcoin. Seems like an Indian call centre, have had a few missed calls from several number over the passed few days which I have blocked. They left a 20 second voicemail by mistake with them talking in Indian and laughing before realising that she was on voicemail and hung up. No company name offered, wouldn’t trust regardless. Especially as it appears to me a mobile number and not a landline

SCAM Had a number of calls recently offering a new iPhone. I don't use or like Apple products so they are wasting their time. 2 calls yesterday from 01208 247201 - missed the 1st, but they rang again withing seconds. As suspected, another iPhone scam call. That block of numbers is owned by Franzcom Telecoms in Bodmin, Cornwall. Something needs to be done to prevent these foreign scammers spoofing UK telephone numbers.

This appears to be a bank scam with claims that "your visa card has been charged £500+ on an amazon purchase, and another charge as well. and to press 1 (I think) On phoning back, the number is not reccognised. Interestingly, my own phone number is 014195632xx.
