This number was purporting to be HMRC - when called the lady with a carribean type accent stated that it was her personal number, and promptly put the phone down.

I confirm what the previous writer said. I donated to MSCF once and now they have descended to the level of nuisance calls. Fortunately the phone does not ring as they are on my reject list, but they have had their last donation from me.
