Pretty pathetic scammer - doesn t withhold his number and wastes precious time arguing with me that he really was from Microsoft.

As others, I have received numerous calls from this number, twice messages have been left from an obviously recorded/robotic voice pertaining to be an HMRC Officer - first time from Bristol, second from London. Threatening action but without saying what for. Ignore the message and block the number.

I have caller display and never answer a call with a number I don t recognise. TPS is useless as these scam merchants don t use the listings anyway, and TPS cannot do anything about it. ICO doesn t seem to do much either. Simply let it ring... my answer-phone kicks in after twenty rings and is completely blank. I know who might call me and which calls I will answer.

I have been asked to call this number by an Asian man who claims to be from the London police, he claims that I have not responded to a summons regarding an alleged act of fraud. The number is alleged to be a Mr.Jake Coles who is a representative of solicitors, who can give me details of the alleged fraud case.
