The staff who call have no idea, nor choice of who they ring as the system selects a number at random from their data, and only when the line opens do they see your name and address etc. They are legitimate in terms of what they are offering (a free hearing frequency test at your local football club/hotel) however, if you will receive any money should a claim be successful is questionable. They text you and pretend you have missed a parcel (no information is given about the parcel.) then ask for postcode (any postcode you enter always comes up with same page about try to delivery today at 11:23.) the asks for personal data name address birth date and then ask for a small fee for redelivery and ask for bank card and bank account details.
