NATIONAL BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS LTD We were called today by Bailey who confirmed he found our number online and did not screen for TPS. He confirmed he understood the law regarding TPS. To call TPS reg number is against the law. Asked to speak with his manager Oliver who did not seem concerned. I repeatedly asked to be put through to his manager which he refused, 'saying no one was available'. Asked for the Compliance Officer again he refused.

SCAM - calls to take card payments for advertising space that has never been taken do not pay them - offer 10% discount to pay today but there is no product? cannot send an invoice and when questioned he becomes rather angry and agitated said his name was James, very strong northern accent and we live down south on the coast so wouldn't be advertising near him anyway!

Good company, great wine, swift delivery, personal approach with repeat customers. They phone every three months or so but are quite happy to be told we don t need any wine right now and be given a date to phone again.
