Called the number and they put the phone down on us clearly a fraud from a foreign country. Called bank and blocked account from been ripped off by these disgusting evil cretins. Be aware they are changing the last few digits on this number so less recognisable

From looking the number up and finding all these comments saying Vanquis - i called Vanquis up asking why a debt collecting agency is harrassing me when I paid off any money oweing last year and wrote a letter of cancellation LAST YEAR! I dont even have a valid in date credit card with them - how could I owe money?! They obviously havent closed my account! Because I cant remember an email address of password from 4 Years ago they will not talk to me about the account! Vultures!! They should be closed down.

I had two garbled messages from this number claiming to be from Hotpoint about my tumble dryer safety repair. I don t have a Hotpoint dryer. I called Hotpoint ( different number) and they said I am not on their database, so they don t know who was calling. My advice would be to call Hotpoint/Indesit direct!
this number rings us daily, every time you answer theres silence then a loud "BEEAAARR" sound and the line goes dead. we are in dorking and 01306 is our local code, presume some spammer/scammer/marketer spoofing the number, or calling from a VOIP number, hoping we d be more likely to answer a local code call. Just got my first one from this number this morning. Before I had chance to open they hung up. Glad I found some info before thinking about ringing them back. I don t know why the authorities don t ban people/companies who do this (i.e. dial and hang up so they will get paid by people trying to call back)

I have been called on numerous occasions throughout the day from the number originating from Doncaster. I have no connection with Doncaster personally or work related. I have checked all policies held and none correspond. Probably easier to answer the call to confirm but this has the feel of a scam/cold call.
