A voice mail message is left saying they are from HMRC and have a lawsuit on me and to ring them back on a specific number to discuss my case. I rang HMRC directly and they said its a scam to get money.

We answered this call to be asked if we wanted a Will writing service. They not only new our phone number they also new our Surname. We are ex directory so this should not happen but I understand it is not always a BT fault/reason. It is, though a BT problem if they do not take the number away from the owner as well as refuse them a phone line. Surely this is possible? BT please read !!!

Looks like another Scam or Fraud as I'm not due any delivery's and the Post Office leave a card through your door when they can't get an answer, also I was in the whole day, I have reported the text message and number to the Ofcom scam text number: 7726 must be the 7th number I've reported now since I found the number to report scams to. The message said : PostOffice: Simon tried to deIiver your parceI today, unfortunately no one was in. PIease rearrange a redelivery via: local-depot26.com

Fraud I am receiving calls from this number and then several times again throughout the day on 0208 but with a change in the remaining 7 numbers, I have answered the only twice and the man on the line says the name of the same company, I have demanded that they stop or I will report them but they still insist on calling again. I'm not sire how I can stop them.

HMRC Automated Call SCAM Called and said they would put my Personal Insurance Number on hold if I did not press 1, had many of these and they are all scams as I have not faced any consequences after hanging up.

Lady couldn't tell me who my life cover was with, who she got my number from, any of my details and she hung up midsentence... I'm guessing scam or a really bad telemarketer.

This number should be a landline from Leeds area - I haven't found any ratings for this number somewhere else on internet, which should be a good sign... Does someone have some experience with this one? Was trying also different formats of this number, but
