This company is very aggressive and uses several tactics purporting to be an energy supplier or meter registration dept. They are energy consultants without qualms and trying to scare end users into agreeing a contract over the phone by saying that they are on extortionate out of contract rates, etc. Best way to deal with these people is to say you have signed a long-term contract and therefore not interested in their services. Supposedly HMRC saying I’m gonna be arrested and have to dial 1 to talk to them.

9 calls in 2 weeks even with the number logged on the call blocker and they still get through with this irritating massage about a supposed SMS message which can’t be recovered. Whoever this is needs shooting ! I eventually called BT and asked them to block the number from ever reaching me.

This number has called me numerous times over the past 3 or so days, including twice within 10 minutes of each other this morning! If you really want or need to speak to me, then leave a message on my answer machine, simple!! - these people will never leave a message and I will NEVER answer their harrassment calls on a number that I don t recognise.
