Hi Everyone. I wasn't sure whether this message was spam or not, so I rang up Causeway Hospital switchboard and discovered that it was 100% genuine. They put me through to the Validation Team and they had all my details and these were correct. The appointment had been made 2 years ago, so that's why I wasn't sure about it (basically, due to this long covid-related delay, I'd forgotten all about seeing my GP back then and being referred on).

I got a call this morning from this same and it sounded like an Indian person on the other line asking for my name and then it immediately dropped. I call back the number and the voice note confirmed that the number has been theft from another user and is now been used for SCAM and that none shouldn’t entertained it. This is a scam, claim to be calling from EE Promotions. Tried selling me a Iphone 15 Pro so somehow there have a phone which is not even been made yet. Didn't even ask who I was. Do not give them any information. EE provides a list of numbers on there website where there will call you from, this is not on that list.

I asked what he would do if I did have an accident, and he said he would put me through to his supervisor, and I said, 'right and your supervisor will take my card details
