They lock you out of your laptop/computer have access to all your Internet banking details, card payments made etc. If you don't bank online , they tell you unless you pay them money, they won't reverse the block on laptop/computer. Kept trying to tell me it was my windows 7 pc, then gave me a spurious windows registration number, but couldn t let me know my IP address. Then when I told her it was a windows 10 machine, switched to telling me it was my windows server. I do run a server, but it s Linux! They really won t give up will they!
