Claims to be a company called UK Talks. Definitely suspicious if not scam or fraudulent. Website does not show numbers which call. The numbers they call from frequently change, the latest being this number. 01997 280702 is also one currently used by them. 01212 840668 used to be theirs but is now discontinued. Scam, left a voicemail saying if I need to press one to get connected to hmrc because I have tax fraud in my name and if I don't ASAP I'll have a warrant out for my arrest. This isn't something hmrc threaten you with over voicemail.
Got a call from this number turned out to be part of the carphone warhouse dealing with upgrades very helpful and very well priced would definatly recommend
Following up a comment that this number might be Friends of the Earth, I emailed FoE and was told the number is a fund-raising agency called Listen, used by FoE. At my request FoE has deleted my number. I suggest that anyone who keeps getting calls from this number also contacts FoE via the Contact Us form on the website, to ask for their phone details to be removed so no more calls are received.

Olease Login at https://Paypal.usersecurity-ref018.com?p=4 to remove any pending restrictions" Of course I did not respond but simply forwarded the message and number to my service provide on 7726 who state they will log it and investogate. My paypal account remains unaffected.

Recorded message stating it was from Amazon telling me my iPhone 7 (yes 7) was being shipped and to press 1 for further information. Got an Asian woman thanking me for calling Amazon with my query, I strung her along for a while before disconnecting, Dangerous.

SCAM this number called claiming to be the phone provider of carphone warehouse. On the official website of carphone this number is not register their so it must be a scam SCAM be very careful when talking with this people.
SCAM Fraud Banking Firstly, a test message was received on a mobile saying it was the Fraud department of a Credit Card company and they would be calling about “recent activity from your card. Expect a call from our Fraud team. Please wait for our call”. That was followed 2mins later by a phone call to the same mobile number saying it was from 02071934897 (London). Not a number associated with a Credit Card company! The male caller asked for the additional card holder by name but hadn’t called that person

Recorded announcement with american accent saying something about "this call is coming to you" so hung up as I've had this one before from another number reported here. Why would you get a real recorded announcement from a mobile number???

Clean Green Energy wanting to visit to do a home energy test reference energy loss. Wanting to know age of windows, age of me and if I was a homeowner. They had my name from somewhere, treat with caution, as they are trying to collect information, I cannot see any reference to their company name on companies house. Thus I insert this comment.
