AO Insurance scam. It seems AO haven t heard of GDPR. Almost feel like cancelling my order for such underhanded pretence after care call when in fact its all about selling the consumer a nonsensical insurances. Clearly under Data Protection Act and GDPR, AO is breaking privacy regulations.

Regularly calls my business number and puts the phone down when I answer

Calling me while I am abroad means I pay a reception charge which is totally unfair. its the usual an automated service regarding some insurance or such. i wish i could block it, called me about 5 times now and when i dont hear phone it goes to voicemail and i get charged. no morals.

Asked me for my address, which they said was wrong, and kept asking for my previous addresses, saying it will be a previous address and can I confirm my previous addresses. Missed Call - Called Back - And the same PPI S**t. The lady started off asking personal details, which I didn t reveal and asked what it is about. She doesnt want to listen when I said I am not interested and she can take off my name from her database. Am now receiving atleast 1-2 calls a day and 3-4 sms messages from various people/companies and I think it has crossed the limits to be tagged as harassment. Am not sure what OFCOM is doing about it.

My fone rang a few times but I was not quick enough to answer before it ceased. From the above, pleased I did not !

Asian man called. stated he was from citizens advice bureau! said I had unpaid dept that I was regularly paying, also stated he had been given my info by the government! he went on to explain I could write off 60% of my debt without any implications to my credit rating. ha, if only it were true!

Looking for payment for an account for a company i have never heard of. Beware

I received a call from this number and they hung up. When I called back promptly it said the number was not recognised.
