Caller says you've suspicious transactions on your card, knows your name and last four digits of the card. Asks you to check the balance, in my case without any security questions. Hung up on me and didn't call me back when I told him I keep very little in the account, whilst I was silently checking the account in the background. Scam didn't answer but got a voice mail notification.. Voice mail recorded just a few seconds of a badly prerecorded voice and all I got was *before we proceed with legal action* definitely not right..
I had a call just now from this number it rang once and they hung up I am so pleased I read this tread before calling them back! I hope these scumbags get caught out! I have blocked this number from my phone so hopefully no more nuisance calls!
