Another number for my call blocker. This female asked for my wife by name, she said it was the hearing clinic. I asked her what she was selling. She said she wasn t selling anything. This number (01733 347007) is from a scammer. The guy claims to be from the fraud department of my bank and someone tried to change my bank account address but couldn't pass the security check. Hence his call to notify me. He knows my name, address, phone number and the bank that I have an account. I only caught it as I asked him about the phone number that he was calling from. I said I will call the bank directly, then he starts swearing, etc. Be aware of the criminals.

SCAM - This number called, automatised voice, telling me that HMRC has a case of fraud against me and if I didnt press 1, a warrant would be issued. I know that if HMRC wanted to get hold of you, the first thing they do is sent you a letter.
We were awaiting a phone call from our GP. This number rang and when we called back it said there would be a charge to connect if we dialled 3. The number was dead!!! We can only hope we have not been charged.
