I found it strange as I don’t know this number so I put the phone down because it was a scam when I checked the number out it came from Russia

Foriegn caller from number 01392274111 said he was calling from BT open reach and that I had a problem with my broadband, that I wasn't receiving the service I should be. When I said I didn't have any problem with my broadband he abruptly hung up. Blocked. Something needs doing about these scam callers.

I said that it was a cold call and it was his company job not to ask him to call me especially as i am registered with the tps.He knows exactly what he is doing and he knows my right to say no to cold calls. I suggested that this response wasn t very articulate and his lack if intelligence may be the root of his problems. This provoked even more anger. I then asked if his mother was proud of what he did for a living and he put the phone down. Great fun!!
