Had a missed call from this number, no message left and I don’t know anyone from this number. Have seen on your site 8 checks have been made in the last few minutes. Don’t know if it is a scam but I am blocking it.

I received a call from somebody claiming to be from SSE. He wanted to talk about a new contract. He didn’t specify whether it was gas or electricity. I asked him to send your new prices by email. He seemed upset by this very simple request stating that it was impossible. I told him to call back when he had sent the email. He rang from this number 2 days later and came out with the same nonsense. He said he was Roger. I hung up and complained to SSE.

This number first will be an auto recording messaging saying it is from HMRC and if need to talk to a real person, press one. Then someone will ask your name and then says you are under legal charges and ask if any legal advisor will be with you. When you say to them that they are scam, they will cut off the line

I have already reported this number. It is the dialling code owned by mobile provider Hutchison 3G UK Ltd. I do not know the ID of the phone number 874428 other than what garbled message I've heard suggests it may be from India. I'm unable to make a connection but Hutchinson's have an Indian call centre; from a limited number of reviews it seems Hutchinson's don't have a very good reputation as a provider of services.

Looks like another Scam or Fraud as I'm not due any delivery's and the Post Office leave a card through your door when they can't get an answer, also I was in the whole day, I have reported the text message and number to the Ofcom scam text number: 7726 must be the 7th number I've reported now since I found the number to report scams to. 07310218826 called 11Aug23 at 10:32hrs. Recorded message about unauthorised use of my Visa card. Lengthy message so I didn't wait for the end, sounded a familiar pattern. Hung up.
Immediate call-centre noises. Indian-sounding guy asked "Can I Speak to Mr. [Surname]?" I asked what it was regarding. He paused, then said "alright" and hung up.

I had missed call on my mobile. I phoned the number from a land-line, and at first there was no answer. It went straight to Vodafone answerphone. I phoned a second time, and a man with a foreign accent answered. I asked who it was but he just said "You phoned me!" He then asked what company I was phoning from. He was quite rude and abrupt.
