This number called me outtanowhere, just ringing three times today. I blocked it.

SCAM - My elderly mother received a call on her landline from this number (01536 210272) today 4Aug approx 5.10pm. Polite male caller asked her to confirm her name and address which he told her and she did. He said he was from BT and told her as she'd been a loyal customer, having never reported a problem, she was being offered a 35% discount on her bill. got a text from Halifax saying did you use your card for 103.00 GBP, if yes reply Yes, If No call 08004370296 - checked with Halifax and this is not their phone number If you do call the number it goes through Halifax Fraud but this is a scam

His name is Chris James and he's a landlord based in oswestry. Vile man. Only cares about money. No interest in your needs or replacing things but experts you to pay even though he doesn't help. Comes unannounced and will go around property when you're out. Makes threats he can't cash. I hope he gets cancer and dies a slow and painful death. That's what he deserves. Stay away unless you want a creep spying on you like he did to me and my fiancee

SCAM I was called by this number and hung up, they phoned back so i pretended to be 10yrs old. He started telling me he liked my voice it sounded like honey, asked if i would marry him in 5 year time, told me that he would ring me later for his friend, asked to meet me tomorrow night and asked me to tell my address. He then started asking if I liked Pakistani boys and i said do you like 10 year old girls and he said yes.. Dirty! do not answer.

Searched Google and found they are being looked into by the FCA as they are unlicensed and are trying to sell services or products with out being registered. Said they were contacting me about a problem I had with my house - suggesting it was rented / local authority. It's not so I said they had the wrong number and they hung up. Called twice in two days, claimed to be named "Alice" the first time (unlikely, given her heavy Indian accent), claimed to be from BT Openreach. We use a VOIP system so I put the phone down. Second time, gave no name but claimed to be calling from "[y]our electricity provider". I asked her which one, she took a stab at EDF (wrong), so I told her to do her homework better and put the phone down again. I checked the phone number and it was the same both times 02031295
