He offered to renew my van insurance, at a lower cost. My van insurance was not due for renewal yet he had a lot of details about me. However the van he had me as owning was from over 5 years ago, so I guess this is some old hacked database and then a scam to get your money. SCAM Automated message from 'Energy Hub' offering loft insulation inspections with free fitting. Said something about old insulation causing lung damage. Obviously a recording as when I asked a question the same words were repeated exactly. They eventually hung up. I would say that this is a scam.
