This number is just another one in the same range of similar numbers - 19167199xx - same call centre, mostly reported as a silent call (just testing their database of numbers), sometimes as accident chasers ("Have you been involved in a road traffic accident...?"), or telemarketing offers. Last call 5.30pm received today I actually spoke to them (they were asking for me) and passed the call onto my husband.
