Claiming that you are entitled to a £1500 refund per person on an all inclusive holiday from ABTA due to levels of cleanliness being below the standard required. They didn't know who I booked through or where I went. Clear case of a scam. An Asian sounding man asked to speak to me by name stating he was calling from Credit Investigation Services with a view of making a payment plan to reduce my unsecured debt of ?17000.
