Looks like another Scam or Fraud as I'm not due any delivery's and the Post Office leave a card through your door when they can't get an answer, also I was in the whole day, I have reported the text message and number to the Ofcom scam text number: 7726 must be the 7th number I've reported now since I found the number to report scams to. Apparently Amazon were calling to charge £95 to say that the prime subscription had expired.
Called by this number on 5th may. I`m told my someone has tried to take two payments totaling thousands from my account. The man did`nt mention my name but said he`d transfere me to another department. If the transaction was wrong. He also did`d mention what card or bank was being threatened. Since I rarely have more than £50 in the bank , Itake it as a case of rotten cheese.

I think it is a sub-contracted call centre (why it might sound disingenuous?) of sales people for Sky broadband or agents on commission from Sky. They did indeed do a realtime broadband speed check on what they could offer compared to Virgin, which shut them down. It was easy then to end the call. Call center
