called 11:27PM awakened me to say my computer was going to be hacked, he had my name and address, was I manager of computer, I said, I am not going to answer that question. He said goodbye.
Answered call. No one at other end then line went dead.
Asked for me by name, was very polite and would ring back later when I'm in. Wouldn't say what he was calling for. Blocked.

Phone asking to speak to Mr ... (he had the correct surname) about a car accident Mr ... had had. When I asked which Mr ... (me or one of my sons) he said he would have to check with the insurance co and hung up. Things to note: None of the Mr ... on this number have had a car accident. This number when called back tells you that you have dialled an incorrect number. My opinion is by experience that it’s a spam number. Usually trying to sell something or get details from you for insurance or PPI claims. I have blocked now.

They called my mobile and left a message for me to phone with meter readings (even though I sumitted them on-line in last 30 days). They get paid for each reading, without them collecting it. So my energy provider has increased costs(passed onto the customer) to receive something they already have. I ll save costs for me and my provider by submitting on-line.
